Gabions and mattresses are durable wire mesh containers filled with stones, used for erosion control, slope stabilization, and retaining structures. They are designed for strength, flexibility, and long-term performance even in harsh environmental conditions.

Manufactured using high-tensile steel wire with a strength of 350–500 N/mm² (BS 1052:1980, EN 10223-3).

Minimum elongation of 10% with a test sample length over 25 cm.

All materials are ISO 9001 certified to ensure consistent quality.

Zinc Coating:

Meets BS 443:1982 standards for corrosion resistance.

Zinc coating adhesion remains intact after six wraps around a mandrel (EN 10244).
